Dear Jack, Dear Louise
Utah Theatre
Strangers Jack and Louise meet each via letter-writing and develop a long-distance romance. It’s during World War II, and he’s a military doctor stationed in Oregon, and she’s an aspiring actress and dancer in New York City. They would love to finally meet, but will the war end their relationship before it truly begins?
Dear Jack, Dear Louise is a tribute to playwright Ken Ludwig’s own parents’ courtship during World War II. It’s an unforgettable, romantic adventure.
