TICKET POLICY

All ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please check your tickets now for correct dates, productions, and performance times.

Discounts, promotions, coupons, gift certificates and vouchers must be presented at time of purchase. Discounts are not retroactive and may not be combined with any other discount or offer.

**NEW TICKET EXCHANGE POLICY**
Early Exchange (48 hours prior):  $5 PER TICKET
Less than 48 hours, or day of:  $10 PER TICKET

SERIES SUBSCRIBERS may exchange tickets 48 hours prior to show at no additional charge.

THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS IF THE PERFORMANCE DATE HAS PASSED.

STUDENT DISCOUNT Student tickets are 25% off with valid ID. College students must be enrolled with a minimum of 12 credit hours.

WILL CALL Arrive 30 minutes early to pick up will-call tickets.

EXCHANGE POLICY Tickets may be exchanged at least 48 hours in advance for another performance of the same production. No exchanges for a different production or if the performance date has passed.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

BACKSTAGE Don’t go backstage, on stage, or in the theatre annex.

BLANKETS Because of our innovative cooling system we cannot precisely control the temperature, so you might want to dress in layers. Light blankets are available free of charge on a first-come basis in the theatre lobby.

CAMERAS AND RECORDERS Both are strictly prohibited without written permission.

FREE PARKING is available at Logan High School (on 100 South between 100 and 200 West) and on the corner of Center Street and 100 West.

GREET THE ARTISTS Meet our company members after each performance outside at the Café des Artistes, on the sounth side of the Ellen Eccles Theatre (when you’re facing the stage, head out the left-hand door).

HEARING DEVICES Borrow a sound enhancement headset free of charge on a first-come basis in the theatre lobby.

INFORMANCES Informal discussions take place in the Ellen Eccles Theatre one hour before every mainstage performance. Learn plot and background details about each production.

REFRESHMENTS No refreshments are allowed in the Ellen Eccles Theatre except bottled water, which you should be careful not to drop, slurp, or slosh.

SMOKING No smoking.

WHEELCHAIR SEATING is available. When ordering tickets, please advise the box office that you have a wheelchair. Arrive 30 minutes before curtain time to obtain assistance from the House Manager. Easy access is on the south side of the Ellen Eccles Theatre (out the left door if you’re inside facing the stage). Drop off by the CAFÉ DES ARTISTES and head to your left between the mansion and the theatre. An usher will be waiting at the door to help you.
