VOUCHER REQUEST 2020 SEASON

Dear Utah Festival 2020 Ticket Holders,

As a 501(C)[3], not-for-profit organization, we have succeeded through ticket sales and philanthropy from patrons, foundations, corporations, government entities and generous friends of the Company. Like most of our colleagues, we have never enjoyed a monetary surplus. We operate through a “pay as we go” principle. As ticket sales and philanthropic donations are received, they are invested into materials and labor for our costumes, scenery, licensing and salaries to prepare and perform the season.

The income from tickets sold to this point has been used to design and build five glorious productions that will now be used in the future. The income and expenditures work in tandem during the year. Through careful planning, we are able to meet our financial obligations week by week in this manner. By cancelling the season, we will lose our largest portion of income.

We have flourished because of your generosity for 28 years. We need you now more than ever before. You can help Utah Festival survive by generously donating your tickets back to us as a tax-deductible contribution. Your willingness to help us at this time will be a determining factor in preserving the Company. Should we not hear from you, we will send you a statement for tax purposes indicating your donation support and generosity. Our greatest desire is to live to serve another day through the empowering nobility of the arts. If donating your tickets is not possible at this time, fill out the form below by June 1 and we will send you a voucher for future performances worth 120 percent of the purchase price of your tickets.
